I don't find her lips cohesive to the rest of the picture, but overall, this is very nice IMO!

The masking around her hat looks a bit soft, but otherwise, this is very nice cohesive work. It looks great!

While I agree about the masking around the hat, and perhaps a touch too much burning of her lower hand (while I understand the need to de emphasize it)- this really is exceptional work- the retention of detail in her face while giving the overall image a consistant desaturation makes for an excellent entry- a well deserved Gold and you have a new fan.

As a side note try the history brush on multiply at about 10-15% (you'll need to select the last action on your action bar) to add density rather than using burn/dodge- you'll find you'll lose less detail and still de emphasize the required areas.
